IROMA and NAA Membership Membership in Idaho Rental Owners & Managers Association (IROMA) automatically enrolls you as a member of the National Apartment Association (NAA). Association Meetings Each month we have an educational meeting featuring current issues facing our industry and speakers with topics that will be of interest to the entire membership. Leadership Opportunities Members may participate in their choice of active committees working in a wide variety of areas. Committee service is a direct way for members to network and contribute to their own personal self-development. Rental Management Forms, Articles, and Brochures New members receive a packet of forms, articles, and brochures including master copies of forms which may be reproduced and used by the member in the operation of their business as long as they remain a member. These master forms include: Rental Application, Rental Agreement, Move-In/Out Checklist, and much more. Brochures include: Qualifier List, Lead-Based Paint Facts, Fair Housing Rules, Eviction Procedures, Mold Information, Idaho Landlord/Tenant Guidelines, and Idaho Landlord/Tenant Code. Copies of previous newsletters with articles from: Professional Apartment Management (PAM), Mr. Landlord, Landlord Tenant Law Bulletin, and National Apartment Association. Magazines and Newsletters "Units" magazine - Members receive a subscription to "Units" magazine, which is sent monthly by the National Apartment Association. IROMA monthly newsletter - Members receive a monthly newsletter published by IROMA which contains information about IROMA current events and articles (used by permission) from other landlord/property management newsletters. Library The association also has a library of newsletters, publications, and video and audio tapes from other organizations involved in the rental/property management business, which may be checked out by members.
